I watched Yes God Yes today. I only watched it because it had Natalia Dyer in it. I like some of the messages it sends out near the end I just feel, if you are an adult who wasn't raised in a strict catholic household, you just won't get the importance of a lot of it (Like me).

Dyer delivers a good performance, but Yes, God, Yes is a superficial film on a deeper topic. American Catholicism is portrayed akin to Evangelicalism (which rings true), focusing on the misinformation, hypocrisy & gaslighting required to breed zealotry as it preys on the young, needy & gullible.
